EY India Bonus|| Resign || EY GDS

I am in a big confusion.. I am holding an Offer but not sure will I get my Bonus in case I resign in August.. Or I should wait till Sep for Bonus and then resign. Also I need suggestion should I try jobs in EY Gds ?? Is it better than EY India or should accept the outside offer and plan to move out ??

Bonus will be there for you. You can find bonus related documentation for that. I remember it was written that if you are part of company till a date you'll get it

I don’t see anywhere or any doc where it’s mentioned that we will get the Bonus in NP.
I have heard they might hold the Bonus in your NP and also might give early release to avoid bonus

EY GDS is an entity made to support entities like EY India/Australia/America and so on.

It's a level below.

Find something outside.

Better join on site firm only then.
Those allow GDS to send their peeps on site.

In EY India, you won't get a bonus if you are on notice period on the day of disbursement. It's clearly written in the compensation policy.
