EY IND or BCGx? a dilemma

I’m working in EY IN, Blr as a Data analyst consultant with 6+ yoe, I’m recently got an opportunity to work with BCGx to work as a Lead Data analyst, I want your views/suggestions on should I move to BCGx or look for another company? I currently earn 12LPA, what can I expect in BCG?
