EY GDS vs Accenture

Hi guys please give your suggestions which company to join.

Accenture :- Fixed - 14.35 Variable - 0 to 27 percent (anything can be given in between)

EY GDS :- Fixed - 14.50 Variable - 10 percent

PS:- If we consider 27 percent from Accenture CTC becomes 18 lpa but mostly they won't give 27percent and for EY it becomes 15.9 lpa

Please give your suggestions and help me decide which one to choose.

I have gotten more than 18% twice in my 4 years of work at EY GDS. Left because of too much politics

Accenture also had an History of not providing Variable pay in some fiscal years . Also do not consider variable pay since it’s an opportunity for company that enabling company to provide you less Salary. Hence go for EY
