EY GDS vs Accenture

Hi all,

Please share your thoughts on which offer to pick. Both offer the same fixed compensation whereas EY is offering me Senior Tech Lead position and Assistant Manager position is offered by Accenture. Both offer the same work location. In Accenture variable pay is 27% whereas in EY 10%. I'm 8 years experienced Python developer. Please do share your thoughts. Thanks
