Any idea how much variable pay is given for 10% of fixed for senior technical lead level 21 position?

EY GDS usually pays 8-10% for the standard rating (Progressive) and it can go up to 20-25% for those who get the highest rating (Strategic impact)

I was told by HR that atleast 10% will be paid for sure. So it may get reduced as well right?

My joining date is mid january next year. Am i eligible for variable pay in the September/october cycle?

I have heard unless i complete 6 months of continuous service i am not eligible for vp in that cycle but in the offer letter nothing is mentioned as such
