EY GDS Salary Negotiation

Hey everyone, I’ve cleared EY GDS interviews and expecting offer soon. Current CTC: 11.3 LPA (9.5 fixed) Yoe: 3 ( Analyst at Deloitte) Other offer in hand PwC India: 16 LPA (12.5 fixed) Role is Consultant Has anyone here negotiated with EY GDS recently? What hike % is realistic? Is 14–15 LPA fixed achievable? EY is my first preference, but I want to negotiate smartly.
