Ey GDS (ossibility of Matching a Competitive Offer)

I have received an offer from EY GDS, and recently I got another offer from a different MNC that is offering a higher compensation. I would like to know if it's appropriate to discuss this with the HR at EY GDS and ask if they can match the other offer. Earlier, they had mentioned that they could only offer a fixed amount (XYZ) and not go beyond that.

Is there any possibility that EY GDS might reconsider and revise their offer based on the new opportunity I have?
