EY GDS or CGI ??

I’ve received offers from both EY GDS and CGI (hybrid work model) with almost same CTC and I’m at a crossroads. I’m looking for honest insights on which company offers better work-life balance and a healthier work culture. Would love to hear your experiences!

It depends on domain, tax is bad maybe other domain like IT is good

If you're into OSS/BSS as SME CGI would definitely be the right choice. Even I'm not sure about growth. EY GDS only if you're looking for a better Brand Image. Work Life Balance is all dependent on Project Anywhere.
