EY GDS Offer Letter

During my first call with HR i gave a expected salary number. Now i have completed my 2 rounds and got selected. So now if i say that my expectation is 3L more what i mentioned earlier will that stop them from offering me a job. Will they compare what i gave earlier. Anyone who had this same case please do let me know.
