Got my first offer from ey gds india , provided joining date as 15 th july but my notice period ends at 25 th july. I have ask them to revise offer with new joining date but they mention will do that after a month or so is this normal practice? As I have resigned in my current organisation

Yes but keep in touch with hr frequently 10 days once. Also you will get confirmation call on the first working day of your joining date during that time u can raise request
