Hi viners, I recently gave interview for EY GDS and have cleared 2 rounds only hr round is remaining for that I got candidate sheet and I have to full and give but I want to know how much can I expect from them for 6 yoe. Also what about work culture there? I mean is there any chance I get development related project or more chance they will also provide support project only like tcs? If any one can please give any insight on this.
PS - I m on notice period. This position is for Pune n I m from mumbai. I have more than 2 months for notice period to end.

I am in the similar scenario with EY GDS. hr told me I have been shortlisted and congratulated me but she has not got back to me for salary negotiation and it’s been two weeks. Should I still expect anything from her or just move on.
How long did your process take?
I got an offer from EY this week. They took one week for me to come with an offer, but they didn't give any hike they just matched the offer may be I didn't negotiated well. In your case if they are taking long than plz try connecting with hr by mail or call and reach to them. If you are selected they will reach. Btw did you got candidate information sheet from them in mail?

Before hr called me for my selection confirmation, they had me fill the candidate information form and asked for aadhar card along.
Probably then i should wait another 2-3 working days before i call the HR.
Btw, about your Mumbai, pune thing. The position i interviewed for was based out of Kolkata, but I checked with her if i could work from Noida, to which she agreed. Just letting you know, if you don’t wanna relocate, you can check with them.
EY GDS, a place where you can expect growth, but also challenges. Salary? Depends on your negotiation skills. Work culture? Intense. Projects? Mostly support. "Mehnat ka phal meetha hota hai."

So I had the interview and after that I got to fill the candidature form. Thereafter the Hr contacted me and asked for my information and docs including my CTC and expected CTC. (No negotiations). I was asked to get an information after discussing with the business manager, but no update as of now. What next? I have not received any update.

Can you tell me usually what they ask in round 2 I had done with my tech-1 and recuriter right after the interview called me stating I got selected for and they gonna schedule round 2 what usually they ask there? My round 1 mostly technical with scenario based questions.ples do reply
