EY and Accenture Frequent Job Listings Genuine or Just Generic Posts?

I have noticed that companies like EY and Accenture post a lot of job roles every day, especially at the entry and early mid level. Many of these listings have the same designations and seem to appear frequently. Are they actually hiring for these positions, or are these just generic job postings?
