HR Service Delivery Analyst worked for 2.11 years.

I have resigned on Nov 19th and on Nov 20th my lead came back to me saying that as my performance is not up to the mark, the leadership has decided to put me under PIP.. I have defended myself, but my manager said you have to accept the PIP as this is planned earlier. So I said Okay. A week later HR connected with me and said that you have to accept PIP I initially defended myself but finally accepted over the call that I will take it up to prove myself. That Lady said that it is under process and I will receive an email confirming my PIP soon. I was just waiting for the email but I didn't receive it. Meanwhile days passed and on Dec 11th HR Manager connected with me and said they will not be putting me under PIP but instead I will be able to continue with Accenture and gave me an early release. Ideally my lwd is 17th Jan but it is moved to Dec 20th..

This is how they are doing for an employee who has put his blood in the project. I have only done one thing that is telling my lead that the workload is high and I am unable to spend time with family. That triggered my tumbri manager and he has done all these to satisfy his Fishing ego..

Any one faced this situation in Accenture?

This is unacceptable. Management should respect employees' hard work. You deserve better treatment.

I have seen this before, once you resign, they internally align on your departure and start considering you a gone case and assign PIP. You may have been already been marked PIP internally, hence never got the chance to accept ot reject it.
