Extremely Confused, please help- Kellogg Vs EPAM

Hi Everyone,

I have good amount if offers but I’m considering only two here, please help me to take informed decision, which one to choose?

Kellogg- Product based org, 26LPA , Remote now( but after an year can be from office on hybrid mode 2 days, Gurgaon)

EPAM- Service based org, 36LPA, Gurgaon location

Please share me your insights for the above companies .

It depends on your inclination. Do you want to work with Product based company or are you more interested in the package the company provides. I think it is better to go with company which pays you more... So go for EPAM

I dont have clarity for EPAM work culture , is there any hire fire policy with them because it’s too much in news
