Trending @Infosys; Extra efforts = ?

In a T&M project, is there any way to get your extra efforts compensated.

I don't get any help from the manager or senior manager... there is no extra pay for extra hours in Infosys.

Also, if you are working after 11 PM, then there is a night allowance that infy can give.

Any suggestions? Are they hiding something?

Fruitful Extra efforts if recognised by management then it may lead to better performance rewards or considered as voluntary service. It's all depends on your luck

Applicable for both T&M and FP. Make sure you inform about the productive extra efforts in email on a timely basis

If you are regularly expected to work beyond 11pm you should be eligible for night shift allowance. That is differnt from you are straying to do your regular work on some days and there is no expectation from client or your manager to work post 11. Just search for night shift allowance policy in infy me and you will understand the eligibility

Not only you but there are so many accounts where people work late night and no one get night shift allowance. Tell me one thing that did your manager told you about night shift allowance? Infosys managers and HR policies are always trying to save spending on employees which resulted in our directors are sitting on high profit
