Trending @Infosys; External switch

Is there anyone who got any external offer irrespective of their current infosys salary. Aa I am working at jl3 and currently waiting for promotion as I already completed more than 3.5 years at infosys. But while switching I got hr's call with 40-70 percent hike which will give me 2-3.5 lakh per annum extra. But I want an offer which doesn't asked my cctc as my cctc is too low.
