External certification reimbursement query

Hi all, I have raised a reimbursement request regarding external certification on iEvolve. However, the system was showing incorrect Supervisor details. Now it's been corrected after multiple follow-ups but now my actual Supervisor saying to cancel the previous request and raise the new one so that he can approve. Is it possible?
