How to upload external certificates on Lex or learning and career? Please tell me the steps from scratch.

Just Go to the certificate by searching it's name... For eg. AWS Cloud PRACTITIONER, in the certificate section there is an option to upload the E-copy of certificate you have achieved.

Have you uploaded? It requires manager approval, my manager is saying the approval mail is redirecting her to learning Hub, from there there is no option for approval. If your Certificate got uploaded and approved by manager please ping me.
