Extending notice period
Hi guys,
I am currently serving notice period and not reporting to the office for some personal reasons.
And, today I received a call from the supervisor and as per him he will extend my notice period due to this. There is no dependency on me of any work as I am new in this project and in fact I am not receiving any work to do.
So, can supervisor really extend my notice period?
Bro, exactly same happened with me, I was on project bench, then during my Notice Period I told that I won't be able to report to office for last month and he agreed. 2 days before my last working day, he started poking me, went personal too. Then on last working day , I got final settlement report which stated that since I had violation WFO policy, I had a penalty to pay and my 33 days of earned leaves which had to be cashifiied along with my 9 days of salary, all she shoved in his asss.
Moreover, I had to pay 3300 to tcs to get my relieving certificate and service certificate.

Did you receive any formal email for this while serving notice period?
Legally 90 days notice period to be served more than that no one can stop you
