My project ends on 31st July and my LWD is 7th September. Why did they extend my project’s roll off date to my LWD instead of 31st july and project is not getting extended beyond 31st July

Accenture stupid rules. You can't be moved to any other project if you are in notice period or during maternity leave. Project have to bear the cost no matter what. I think it's on your positive side. You will work for project when there's no project. No hr regular calls on bench.

SM and MDs get bonus based on headcount till August end, its common practice in Accenture to retain people till August end.
