I have just returned from my My manager is not allowing me to do WFH for 3 months.. I am thinking to extend my maternity leave.. is it possible after a week I can extend my leaves??? For how many months I can extend my leaves???

Is there a child care leave in Infosys?? If yes, then for how many months we can opt for it??

I understand your situation. I am a new mom too. Check with your HR please. If extending ml doesn't work, please take LOP or check if you can get sabbatical. Both are not paid leaves right. Child care is a genuine concern esp post ML balancing work and baby is not so easy.
