Explosing hypocrisy of PMs of India !! (PART 1)
Okay, let’s get real for a moment! Why do so many Product Managers get all offended when someone calls them Project Managers? Seriously! As someone who has been a PM for 5 yesrs, I can tell you that a lot of their job is just about gathering answers and reporting back to stakeholders.
It’s not like they’re out there inventing anything!
And their interview process like a game of hypocrisy! These Product Managers sit there and grill candidates about different frameworks and ideas they want to implement.
They ask why the candidate thinks their idea is good, and if they don’t like the answer, bam! They reject them without a second thought.
But here’s the irony: many of the ideas they’re working aren’t even their own! They’re just doing what the sales team has thrown at them!
How can they expect candidates to come up with groundbreaking ideas when they themselves are just following orders?
People do not know how to interview. It's okay. Just focus on what you thought were the right questions where you struggled, and then do best in your next try. Type of jobs keep on changing anyways.
