Exploring Opportunities in Soft Skills Training

I’m excited to share that I’m about to complete my Soft Skills Trainer certification by the end of July! After 3 enriching years as a Software Engineer at GlobalLogic, I’ve discovered a deep passion for empowering individuals through communication, collaboration, and personal development.

With my upcoming certification and industry experience, I’m now looking to transition into a Soft Skills Trainer role. I’d love to explore opportunities within GlobalLogic where I can contribute to internal training sessions, workshops, or L&D initiatives—even in a supporting capacity to begin with.
