Exploring New Roles in Teamcenter | Need Guidance & Referrals

Hi Everyone,

I have been working with HCLTech for the past 4 years — 1 year in Java training and the last 3 years in a Teamcenter support role. Currently, my package is 2.8 LPA, and I am actively looking for new opportunities in Teamcenter to grow my career.

Unfortunately, I haven’t been getting interview calls yet. Could anyone please suggest how I can improve my job applications or approach, and if possible, refer me for Teamcenter-related openings in your organization?
