Trending @Cognizant; Exploitation of PA level folks
This is the worst phase of my life . I have experience of 1.11 years . I was put in an account with no project work . Worked on many demo projects , follow each and every instructions from leaders.
They put us in many account specific trainings and different languages training other than my skilllset which is now of no use . Recently they have put me in account specific intensive training of 6 hours per day which continues for 2 months.
Now I suddenly got release request from account. And I have been completing 2 years in few days , then shring will start.
Time , energy spent for 2 years are all wasted now , It’s also difficult to switch other company without hands in experience.
What should we do I this situation?
Cognizant is worst company because the project allocation responsibility given to the employees but TSC and HR should responsible for that. Also they are destroying careers of PA and P levels
Yes, there are no projects for less than 3 years experience and if we don’t find project then it’s our fault

Don't worry bro. Just start preparing for the interview for the domain that you are trained. Give interviews and start watching Udemy video related to your domain.

You could have thought this within 6months of your job.At least you have a job and i don’t think you are in worst phase of life.
It's because, PA, PAT are still thinking like a college. Always roaming here and there with girls.
