I'm JL4 level employee at Infosys It's been a miserable three months, working endless hours, even on weekends. I'm exhausted and resentful. This organization treats us like robots, with no respect for our time or personal lives. The fact that they couldn't even spare a small gift on Diwali is a slap in the face. And to top it all off, we don't receive any financial benefits for working these excessive hours. Please stop exploiting employees and start paying them a bonus for the late-night shifts for which they are forced to work.
