Explain this maths/ logic/ physics/ chemistry.. whatever to me..
Candidates are told to not use ChatGPT/ AI to do assignments.. But companies can use it to screen resumes, to rank candidates ..to even evaluate assignments, to summarize interviews.. and obviously to reject you.
Interesting asymmetry.
But then when you join the company, suddenly they encourage you to use AI to be more productive, Leverage Copilot, Use ChatGPT for speed, Automate your workflow... and more..
so basically AI is considered cheating only at the moment when power is asymmetric... and when you are a job seeker right??

This is like toddlers being advised to keep away from screens only to be living in a world full of screens later on. It is necessary to build your core skills and thinking first before going to A.I. to which will propel your base skills even further. If you straightaway go to A.I. to do your core skills for you, you have no value.

AI should be used as a tool.
Not the origin/seed of ideas, and the processes of thought. Because understanding is lost then.
