I have previosuky worked in amazon and when it comes to hike it was best each time i got in 2 digits(performed well) even others hike were good 9 to 11 percent.As a note during covid hikes were given in doubles
What they actually do is they layoff and reduce the cost as i other product based companies but for those working inside will always be given hikes in better terms along with perks
