Experience/Relieving Letter from TCS during notice period?
I got an offer in Infosys and I started uploading all the required docs but they are asking the Experience Letter or Relieving Letter from TCS to continue the background check process. But I'm still serving notice period and last working day is 11th April, and Infosys joining date is in the last week of April. Anything I can try? Or Is anyone in this situation? Please help me.
No company will ask on going job experience letter and reliving letter. You might misunderstood their requirement. They already knows after last date only you will get experience letter and reliving letter and that too after 15-20 days in case of TCS. If tcs your first company then only your educational documents needed for background verification and if any other old companies you worked on, then their experience letter needed.
You can submit your relieving letter after joining infosys I think. For now, submit other documents along with previous experience letters.
