Experienced PMs, please help!

I recently got an offer for 12LPA in hand, for an Associate Program Manager role at a startup. I have 1.5 YOE. I know the work is intense, but I hear that there is good WLB from ex employees. I am not sure if I should negotiate for more or just take it.
