Experienced PMs - how are you upskilling?

Beyond work and from mentors at org, how are you improving on your PM domain outside work?

As an experienced junior PM in startups for 4+ years, I see that leaving everything to just the growth of org, on job coaching etc are not reliable. Not when as a startup there are too many other pressing things to be given time to for you and even your super great PM leaders.
