As a tech PM with banking product experience, which other sector companies can hire me? I have 4+ years of PM experience. Which start ups and sectors should i target?

Fintech is an obvious since you have some domain experience. Likes of Razorpay and Zerodha and top class employers.
Other than that, look for roles that align with your skillset/past work.
If you've worked on data, try out SaaS roles.
Lastly, never wrong to switch and try something new.
