Hey grapevine, I got a linkedin message from HR of publicis sapient that they are looking for new hire and asking for current and expected CTC...my current CTC is low compared to what my next post will be giving me at the sapient according to market standards. Please help me out what should I do so I don't get milked out by HR.

Share your expected salary to HR. If that’s as per market trends and if you do well in interview, they will accommodate
