Experience of freshers becoming experienced

In a project since I have joined as a fresher and it's been three years and have complete knowledge of functionality of the project and getting easier and more day by day in resolving issues and helped many other team members by giving KT and supporting them in resolving their project related issues which they took up. Getting bored and on the other hand not happy with management as they promised they would send me onsite but now they being silent when I ask. So I put my release request and hopefully I get released and get some exiting project to learn more. Hoping I would get onsite soon.
