Trending @Cognizant; Experience letter request not recieved by HCM

Last Friday was my last working day with cognizant after that yesterday I have raised experience letter request all approval are done. But my HCM is saying he did not receive any approval request? How much time it takes to receive by HCM for the approval request?

I asked to release me this week and i have submitted my resignation on 1st dec yet no response from manager or hr . One is saying we are coordinating with your manager . But manager is saying i didnt get such kind of information
