Experience letter pending

It has been more than two weeks since I left TCS yet I have not received the service letter as yet. In help desk of tcs alumni portal under which category can we raise this issue. Can anyone help me please?

No idea, I got the initial release letter after I had submitted the id card and asset, reliving letter and service certificate has not been uploaded in TCS alumni portal as yet
