Trending @HCL; Experience letter and expected salary hike for 5years when we swich to another company

1. I have one question like if you negotiate the days of notice period to 30-40days then we will get experience letter in the final settlement stage right & it should be genuine.

2)I am asking expected salary as 60% For 5years experience.

Any change required for above please suggest
