Experience candidate not eligible for appraisal cycle
I joined TCS in 2022 , I was not eligible for first appraisal cycle saying that experience candidates will not be eligible for this.
Just want to know is this true?
Also in next cycle 2024 the I got very less increment like it’s negligible.Not getting salary as per Market and experience.
Could you please help me here with your suggestion.What should I do other than switch.
Same case here. I joined TCS in May 2022. No appraisal in April 2023. Appraisal happened in April 2024 but hardly any part of CTC changed. Waiting for the current year 2025 appraisal.
It is impossible to increase your package more than 3-5% if you rely on only the appraisal cycle.
I heard that if you do Wings 1 or 2 as per years of experience you have, you can increase your salary by 15-20%. It's actually a skill development program by TCS to encourage employees to increase their salary without resignation.
