Experience and relieving letter for direct contract employees

I am a direct contract employee, my employer has confirmed that they won't provide experience/relieving letter post my contract tenure. They are telling to use contract agreements for experience certificate and auto generated relieving mail for reliving certificate.

Will this affect my career going forward?

Ya it's fine. No one checks these anymore and the auto generated email would work in rare case anyone asks. They are all auto generated anyway. As long as you have payslips nothing else matters. Good luck
