Expereince but no skills
Hi all i have 3 years experience in it and im working in tcs but in one year im on maternity leave and 8 months on bench and i need to change the company im having selenium knowledge and i have one year experience in automation testing and real time experience i dont have in selenium where i can learn real time experience im currently on leave so where can i learn and switch can anyone please tell me about this ?
You can learn from udemy or YouTube or some blog posts and try to make personal projects in it and grind more than just taught in videos or posts for 2 3 months continuously and if possible try to share whatever you learned on some sites like medium or hashnode, in this way you can get experience and skills. Who ever is in your project in the skills u want to upgrade ask that person.. He will tell u the best possible place to learn it.
