Trending @Accenture; Expecting experience although I’m a New Joiner
I’m a campus hire, joined a few months ago as an AEH CL-11. Finished my training in Java fullstack 2 weeks ago. I’m getting calls regarding projects but all of them are not moving forward because I’m a fresher. Everyone is saying that they need project experienced candidates and are not currently looking for freshers. I’m confused of what to do next. Heard that some get directly hard locked. Anyone had the same experience???

Sir, I and some of my friends will also join at this role next year.
Can you please what tech stacks they teach in training? Just wanted to get an idea.
Also, do we get choice to choose the project in which we want to work? Also, if choice is given, is the interview taken for every project which we choose?

You’ll usually get a choice to choose a tech stack among Java or AI (that’s what we got). But it doesn’t mean that you’ll get what you choose. They will assign whatever tech stack they need. This is just a formality tbh🤧 Coming to the projects, you will get calls after your training. Some take interviews…some don’t and directly assign you.

Thank you very much for the answer

Yes, it's a common issue. Keep enhancing your skills, be patient, and stay proactive. Sometimes, initial rejections happen, but persistence pays off. Accept diverse roles to gain experience.
