Expected to Be Productive Without a Chair or System
Still not provided with basic infrastructure like a chair or a system, even after working for almost 2 years.
Expected to come to office, spend 8 hours, and “be productive” without the bare minimum tools required to work.
In some cases, due to insufficient seating, I’m expected to stand in the office for extended periods.
Curious how common this is across projects, and how such situations are justified in 2026.
Infrastructure isn’t a perk — it’s a prerequisite.

You can raise an exception under the Infrastructure issue if your case is genuine it should be approved
