Expected Salary with 1.8 years of experience
I am working as a Power BI Developer and I have a good resume and got very good exposure. Even though I was a Power BI developer I worked in 3 to 4 different projects within the 1.8 years. Where I got exposure to tools and technologies such as Alteryx, SAS, Power BI, Python, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Report Builder. I worked hard to create an impression and get into these projects so I can become financially stable by switching. How much salary can I ask and negotiate?
You cannot negotiate within tcs, they don't value their own associates It doesn't matter if you have great expertise on your tech stack. So try to switch if you want to test yourself in the market but expect a minimum of 9 lpa considering your exposure as you mentioned here.
