Expected salary hike

I have 7 yoe as a full stack developer in Chennai based product company. Current CTC is 12.5 LPA. I am planning to switch the company. What CTC could I expect for my experience. Can anyone suggest? I am planning to quote 50% hike so like 18LPA. Kindly suggest me
