Expected salary for security consultant with 3 yoe

Hey I'm working at Deloitte India and currently my salary is 9.6 lpa ( 8 fixed + 1.6 var). I'm planning to switch . How much should i ask? My tech stack is web, api, mobile, thick client, network, llm pentest also Red teaming too. Current certifications i hold are eWPTX, CRTP, CRTA, CEH.

If I leave now I wouldn't be getting the variable pay so how much should I ask the other company? Please do tell?
