Trending @Accenture; Expected salary for QA at CL-11

Hi folks,currently I’m at CL-11 with total experience of 4.2years. Joined accenture as a fresher. Last year did not get any hikes/promotion. Not sure about mid year also. Checked with supervisor and manager they told they’ll try on nov cycle. Have 2 questions

1. What is the expected salary as per 4+yrs experience in CL-11. ..?Mine is currently 7.5 is it worth it.
2. Should I switch or wait till nov cycle then switch at that time I will be Sr. Analyst..?
