Hello All,

I wnated to know how much salary should a lateral hire with 4 YOE ask from accenture for the position of a Senior Analyst. Please answer 🙏

15 + lpa better , I know person who gets 11 lpa with 4 yoe another person with 15 lpa with less than 2 years

Aim for 18+lpa my advice

FIXED CTC in range of 11 to 15 lpa for servicenow. How much have you been offered by Accenture?

They have offered 11.6 LPA 8% is variable and rest is fixed..is it a good package?

For Senior Analyst Variable usually is 22% and out of that you can expect to receive between 8 to 15% annually

I am getting 10-11 LPA and about to complete 4 years (Total Experience as Azure Data Engineer) in Accenture itself. Wbu ?
