Expected salary for Accenture Application Lead

I have cleared all my rounds for application lead in Accenture and am waiting for a salary discussion.

I have 7.5 years exp and currently working in a big 4 with fixed 16 LPA and plus variable 18 LPA.

How much should I ask?
