Expected salary confusion
After clearing technical rounds, hr sent mail asking documents and expected salary. My cctc is around 10, i asked 15. In case they don't have budget will they reject me or will they negotiate first. I dont have any other offer, but I am interviewing with other companies but i would like to join this company only so I asked 15 , i work bring any counter offer later ...I want to say all this to hr as justification of my expected salary but for now i just send documents and details which she ask and don't call or mail her as she may feel i am trying to justify which may seem unprofessional.
