Expected package and current CTC
If HR asks for current CTC and expected package, should I tell HR in the first call before interview is scheduled? Or not? Is it a good strategy to not tell this information and rather wait until interview happens. What would you recommend? Any guidance will be helpful.

I would suggest you to tell expected package first what if your current salary is higher than their budget. I faced many times.
